He has been advising hundres of doctors on a wide range of accounting, tax planning, preparation, tax compliance, buying or selling a practice and practice management for over 22 years. Ed holds a BA degree in accounting and a MBA in finance from the University of Pittsburgh. He is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA since 1987), Certified Financial Planner Practitioner (CFP(R) since 1994), and Certified Healthcare Business Consultant (CHBC since 2003). Aziz Assadi, BA, EA, Principal Aziz Assadi has been working closely with our medical and dental clients for over 20 years. He overseas all aspects of accounting, payroll, financial reporting and income tax planning and preparation for our clients. Aziz has been an essential part of the growth of our practice. He hold a BA in accounting from the Indiana University of Pennsylvania and he is accepted by the Internal Revenue Service as an Enrolled Agent (EA) to prepare income taxes and represent our clients in dealing with the IRS. Lori Ramsey, Manager, Client Relation Lori has been an integral member of our practice since its inception. Lori is responsible for the administration of our client communications and work flow at our office. With over 60 monthly practices to collect and compile the source documents and accounting data, her job makes it possible for our staff to better focus on performing their daily duties.
